Adding activities to an event
When scheduling a Meeting, Visit, or Other Coaching Responsibility, you may want to associate specific activities related to this event. This might be, for example, some photographic Evidence, Resources to build the coachee’s capacity, or an agreed-upon Goal or Action Step.
After the event activity has been created, activities can now be added in two ways:
- Directly to an event card on your coachee's profile, for streamlined record-keeping
- Within the event page itself, as described below!
Activities may be added and associated with an event activity on the event page. Navigate to the event page by selecting Event notes at the bottom of an event card on your coachee profile, and click on the blue Add Activity button in the upper-right corner.
Select the activity type you would like to create as an outcome of this event.
Information added through either of these methods will display a larger, comprehensive event activity card on your coachee profile page containing all related activities:
