How do I minimize “none selected” in my Coaching Focus Report?

When you have an event on your Outlook or Google calendar with a teacher but that teacher doesn’t have a goal in TeachBoost Coach, the event will auto-import to TeachBoost Coach without any tags.

This leads to a large amount of events showing in the “none selected” category of your Coaching Focus Report.

• Recommendation: Create a single goal for each teacher you regularly interact with. 
• Save Time: Tags will pre-populate on all future events based on the teacher’s goal, so you don’t have to select these every time. 
• Impact on Reports: Minimizes or eliminates “none selected” by ensuring all interactions with teachers created in-app or imported from your calendar have a focus area and priority.
