Connect with your team members by creating a meeting or classroom visit by using the blue Add Activity button on your Dashboard or on your team member’s Profile.
Note: You can also schedule a meeting or classroom visit directly from your TeachBoost Coach Calendar, by clicking the green Schedule an Event button.
Both meetings and classroom visits require you to add at least one other person to the activity, as well as the date and time for the event.
You also have the option of adding additional information to your meeting or visit, including a title, description, and location.
Similarly, you can choose to associate this event with your team member’s active goal or a specific focus area.
Set the date and time for your event
Every meeting or classroom visit you create will automatically be set for the current date and time.
Simply adjust these fields while creating the activity if you’d like it to be:
- Scheduled for a future date and time
- If you need to back-date the event (ie. if you're creating this event on TeachBoost Coach after the event has occurred)
Edit your meeting or visit
Should you need to edit this event at any time, you can revisit this page via your coachee’s Profile or on your own Calendar:
- From your coachee's Profile: Locate and click on the event to open the event editor window where you can adjust the date/time, title, and other critical details.
- From your Calendar: Locate and click on the event to open it, where you'll see a Manage Event button outlined in blue in the top-right. This will open the event editor.
If at any time, you need to Delete this event, you'll find this option in the event editor on the right-hand side.
