To find out more about how you can use Coaching Cycles in TeachBoost to enhance your workflows, check out our full Guide to Coaching Cycles.
There are 3 default coaching models available for you to select right away: the Google model, the Impact model, and Student-Centred Coaching model. To choose one of these out-of-the-box models, just select one in your Team Settings page to get started with Coaching Cycles.
Note: As soon as you create your first cycle, you will not be able to change your coaching model, except by submitting a support ticket, to prevent data and reporting issues with your cycles.
If you find that our default Coaching Models are not entirely compatible with your own school or district workflows, then please do get in touch with an idea of what you want your Coaching Model/Cycle Phases to look like!
What are the default Coaching Models?
Below are detailed the three default coaching models you can select in the app. Each model contains a number of steps that help coaches track their relationships with educators and structure their coaching cycles. Each step (or 'phase') in the model can be tagged to activities created within Cycles in TeachBoost Coach to help you move through coaching cycles.
