Can I import events that include a coachee whose access is disabled?
Now that you've connected your Google or Microsoft calendar with your TeachBoost Coach account, you're able to import events with your coachees, regardless if their access to TeachBoost Coach is enabled or disabled.
Importing events with access-disabled coachees:
Any coachee with their access disabled will only be able to view the original Google or Microsoft calendar event in which they're already included.
Once this event is imported into your TeachBoost Coach account, your coachee will not have access to view any additional meeting/visit notes or activity details you add.
If you should update any of the event details (date/time, title of the event, or location) from within your TeachBoost Coach account, these changes will be immediately reflected on the original Google or Microsoft calendar event - and therefore visible to your coachee via their own Microsoft or Google calendar.
Note: While changes to your event from within TeachBoost Coach are automatically applied to the original event on your Microsoft or Google Calendar, your coachee will not be notified of these updates.
Importing events with access-enabled coachees:
Any imported events from your connected Google or Microsoft calendar that includes your access-enabled coachee will be visible to your coachee. This includes event details like the date/time, the title of the event, and the location, as well as any meeting/visit notes you add.
Any changes or updates you make to this event, either from within your TeachBoost Coach account or to the original Google or Microsoft Calendar event, will also be visible to your coachee.
