Organize your dashboard by school, subject or grade

If you’ve added any tags to your team members (e.g. School, Grade, Subject, or a Custom Tag), you can filter your Dashboard view to segment your team into groups.

Your team can be filtered to drill down into coachees by their school, the subject or grade they teach, or Custom Tags you create in-app. Just click 'Group by...' to re-organize your coachee accounts on your dashboard. To return to the full, alphabetized view, head back to 'View all':

Note: Any team member with more than one tag assigned to them for either subject or grade will appear in each of those groups when filtering your Dashboard view. Any team member with no tag assigned to them for either school, subject, grade, or custom tags will not appear when filtering your Dashboard by that group.

Once your Dashboard is filtered by school, subject, grade, or custom tags, you will see an option to Add Group Activity on the same row. Adding a group activity from your filtered Dashboard will automatically assign this activity to all of the team members within that group.
