Why do some of my events auto-import as a Meeting and others as a Classroom Visit?
Once you've connected your Google or Microsoft Calendar, events that meet the criteria will automatically import into your TeachBoost Coach account as either a 'Meeting' or 'Classroom Visit'.

Meetings
The default activity type assigned to auto-imported events is 'Meeting'.
If you'd like TeachBoost Coach to recognize and assign the specific type of Meeting to your event, use the following keywords in your title:
- Kickoff Meeting
- Planning
- Debrief
- Data Analysis
Classroom Visits
If the following keywords are included anywhere in your event's title, TeachBoost Coach will import it as a 'Classroom Visit':
- Observation
- Observing
- Visit
- Modeling
- Co-teaching
- Coteaching
- Supporting
- Walkthrough
- Model
- Demo
Additionally, if you'd like TeachBoost Coach to assign a specific type of Visit to your event, use the following keywords in your title:
- Data gathering
- co-teaching
- Modeling
- Demo lesson
