On your calendar in the app, you may see the following message at the top of an event window:
This event includes attendees who are not team members
What this means
This means that some of the attendees on your selected activity are not currently listed as your coachees (i.e. members of your team) within the TeachBoost Coach app.
If the event hasn't yet been imported to the app calendar, all attendees' email addresses will be displayed, although any who are not currently coachees on your team will have an orange alert indicator:
If the event has already been manually or auto-imported, then the attendees who are on your team will be named, while any non-team members (or 'display-only' members of the event) will show with a hashed gray background and with only their email address (i.e. not their name):
How to add non-team members as new coachees
If the event hasn't yet been imported to TeachBoost Coach, you can add any new attendees (with the orange alert indicator) as a coachee on your team. Just click the 'Add' link next to their name to begin the process!
Whether an event has been imported yet or not, you can also add brand new coachee members to the event by clicking the large + icon next to the list of attendees. This streamlines the process of your coaching work, helping you manage your diary on-the-go!
