Delete synced Calendar events

You may need to delete a synced event in the case of absence or cancelation. You can do this from either your TeachBoost Coach Calendar or your connected Google or Microsoft Calendar.

Delete events created on your external (Google, Outlook) Calendar

From TeachBoost Coach: Deleting an event from your TeachBoost Coach Calendar will delete it from your in-app calendar, but it will not delete the associated event in your Google or Microsoft Calendar. Instead, that event's title will be prefixed with 'Canceled'. 

From your external calendar: Deleting an event from your Google or Microsoft Calendar will also delete it from your TeachBoost Coach Calendar. 

Note: An event in this instance will not be deleted from your TeachBoost Coach Calendar if it already has any notes or comments saved to it within your TeachBoost Coach account. Instead, the event's title will be prefixed with 'Canceled'.

Delete events created within TeachBoost Coach

Events created from within your TeachBoost Coach account can be deleted from either your TeachBoost Coach Calendar or your Google or Microsoft Calendar, and it will also be deleted from your other calendar. 

Note: An event in this instance will not be deleted from your TeachBoost Coach Calendar if it already has any notes or comments saved to it within your TeachBoost Coach account. Instead, the event's title will be prefixed with 'Canceled'.
