Using your coachee timeline to view and add activities
Clicking on a coachee's name from your Dashboard or Team pages takes you to their profile page, which shows the story of your relationship with this individual.
On your team member's Profile, you can add any new activities associated with this person by selecting the blue Add Activity button in the top-right.
The right-hand panel of your coachee’s Profile is where you can quickly see their active goals, any upcoming events scheduled for this person, as well as action steps assigned to them.
Pro-tip: Continue to enhance your coaching efforts by reading our other Activity help docs and explore the ins-and-outs of TeachBoost Coach activities.
Viewing and adding to event activity cards
The center of your team member's Profile displays their activity timeline. By clicking on an activity, you can view, edit, or comment on this activity.
Any Event-type activities (Visits, Meetings, or Other Coaching Responsibilities) are streamlined so you can add any activities relating to the event straight to the card itself.
Event notes, Private notes to yourself, Action steps, Evidence, and Resources may be added directly to an event on the coachee’s timeline by selecting one of the four activity modals located at the bottom of the event card. If adding event notes, simply start typing event notes into the respective field.
If any changes need to be made to activities relating to this event, this can be done anytime on the event activity card itself. Identify the activity that needs updating and click on the adjoining edit icon.
Note: All activities may be edited or deleted only by the coach
Pro-tip: You can also add activities to the larger, dedicated event pages in the Coach app depending on your workflows. Find out more in this help doc!
Filtering your coachee's activity timeline
Use the Filters option at the top of this page to adjust the activity feed by date range, type(s) of activity, and other relevant tags.
Note: The date range for a team member's Profile is automatically set to display from the start of the school year (July 1) to present day. Use the 'Date Range' filter to set a custom time frame, if necessary.
